FootballStation Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to FootballStation.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FootballStation mobile application, website, football games, memberships, events, tournaments, merchandise, offers and any other products or services provided by FootballStation (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating a FootballStation account, purchasing a membership or package, booking or attending a game or event, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services or participate in FootballStation activities.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

2. Game Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability.

A player's place is only confirmed once the applicable payment has been successfully completed or FootballStation has otherwise expressly confirmed the booking.

FootballStation does not guarantee places that have not been confirmed.

Players are responsible for checking the date, time, venue, game format, level and other information displayed before completing a booking.

3. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

FootballStation may cancel or suspend a booking where:

payment fails;
payment is reversed;
a chargeback is initiated without valid reason;
fraudulent activity is suspected; or
payment has otherwise not been successfully received.

Prices may vary between games, venues, events and services.

The price displayed at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & NO-SHOWS

4. Player Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated for a particular event, tournament, membership or promotion:

Cancellation 24 hours or more before kickoff

Players who cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be eligible for FootballStation credit.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before kickoff

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable and non-creditable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by FootballStation.

This applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation, including personal scheduling conflicts, transportation issues, work commitments or other personal circumstances.

5. No-Shows

Players who fail to attend a booked game without cancelling within the permitted cancellation period will not be entitled to a refund or credit, except where required by applicable law.

Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions, suspension or termination of the player's FootballStation account or membership.

6. Late Arrival

Players are responsible for arriving on time.

A game will not normally be extended because a player arrives late.

A player who arrives late is not entitled to a refund, partial refund or credit for playing time missed due to their late arrival.

FootballStation may refuse participation where a player's late arrival would materially disrupt the game or event.

7. FootballStation Cancellations and Changes

FootballStation may cancel, postpone, relocate or modify a game or event where reasonably necessary, including due to:

insufficient player numbers;
venue unavailability;
weather conditions;
safety concerns;
facility issues;
government restrictions;
emergencies;
organizer or operational issues; or
circumstances beyond FootballStation's reasonable control.

FootballStation may also make reasonable changes to pitches, teams, formats, game durations, organizers, referees or start times where operationally necessary.

Where FootballStation cancels a game and the player is unable to participate through no fault of the player, FootballStation will provide the refund, credit, rescheduling option or other remedy required by applicable law and/or communicated for that booking.

PARTICIPATION & SAFETY

8. Assumption of Risk

Football is a physical and competitive sport and involves inherent risks.

By participating in a FootballStation game, event or activity, you acknowledge and accept that participation may involve risks including, without limitation:

slips, trips and falls;
collisions with other players;
contact with footballs, goals, walls, surfaces or equipment;
muscle, tendon, ligament and joint injuries;
sprains, strains, fractures and dislocations;
head or facial injuries;
illness, dehydration or physical exhaustion; and
other serious injury or, in exceptional circumstances, death.

You voluntarily choose to participate with knowledge of these inherent risks.

Participation is entirely voluntary.

9. Player Health & Fitness

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically and medically fit to participate.

By participating, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you are physically capable of participating safely.

You should not participate if you:

have an injury that makes participation unsafe;
have been advised by a medical professional not to participate;
are experiencing symptoms that could make physical activity unsafe; or
otherwise believe participation may present an unreasonable risk to yourself or others.

FootballStation does not provide medical advice and does not undertake responsibility for assessing each player's individual medical fitness.

Players participate according to their own physical capabilities and should stop participating if they feel unwell, injured or unable to continue safely.

10. Injuries and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FootballStation, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, organizers, referees, representatives, partners and agents will not be liable for injury, illness, loss or damage arising solely from the ordinary and inherent risks associated with voluntary participation in football or sporting activities.

Players acknowledge that injuries can occur during football even where reasonable precautions are taken.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable UAE law.

11. Emergency Assistance

If FootballStation reasonably believes that a participant requires urgent medical assistance, FootballStation may contact emergency services or seek appropriate assistance.

Any decision to contact emergency services is made in the interests of participant safety and does not constitute an assumption by FootballStation of responsibility for the participant's medical condition.

Where permitted by law, participants remain responsible for their own medical, ambulance, hospital and related expenses unless liability for those expenses legally rests elsewhere.

PLAYER CONDUCT

12. Code of Conduct

FootballStation is intended to provide a safe, respectful and enjoyable environment.

Players must not engage in:

fighting or deliberate physical violence;
threatening or intimidating behaviour;
abusive or seriously offensive conduct;
discriminatory harassment;
deliberate dangerous play;
serious or repeated unsporting behaviour;
harassment of players, organizers, referees or venue staff;
intentional damage to facilities or equipment;
fraudulent activity;
misuse of FootballStation memberships or accounts; or
conduct that FootballStation reasonably considers harmful to the safety or experience of the community.

FootballStation may remove a participant from a game or event and may temporarily or permanently restrict access to the Services where reasonably necessary to protect players, staff, venues or the FootballStation community.

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided where a participant is removed due to their own serious misconduct, subject to applicable law.

13. Organizer and Referee Decisions

Players must follow reasonable safety and game-management instructions provided by FootballStation organizers, referees and authorized venue personnel.

Game-related decisions made by referees or organizers are final for the purpose of managing the relevant session.

14. Damage to Property

Players may be held responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for damage they intentionally cause or cause through misconduct to venues, equipment or other property.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

15. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Property

Players are responsible for their personal belongings.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FootballStation is not responsible for personal property that is lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged at a game, venue or event unless the loss or damage results from circumstances for which FootballStation cannot lawfully exclude responsibility.

Players should avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to games.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO & CONTENT

16. Photography and Recording at FootballStation Activities

FootballStation games, tournaments and events may be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded.

FootballStation may use photographs, video footage and other media captured at FootballStation activities for legitimate operational, community and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy and data-protection laws and any consent requirements that apply.

This may include use on:

the FootballStation app;
the FootballStation website;
FootballStation social-media accounts;
promotional videos;
advertisements;
event recaps;
community content; and
other FootballStation marketing materials.

Where consent is legally required for a particular use, FootballStation will obtain such consent.

Players who have concerns regarding photography or recording should contact FootballStation before participating so that reasonable requests can be considered.

ACCOUNTS, MEMBERSHIPS & PACKAGES

17. Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping their login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly notify FootballStation of unauthorized access.

FootballStation may suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

fraud;
deliberate chargeback abuse;
repeated no-shows;
harassment;
unsafe behaviour;
account or membership abuse; or
serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.

18. Memberships, Packages and Credits

Unless FootballStation expressly states otherwise, memberships, packages, credits and associated benefits are personal to the registered account holder.

They may not be:

resold;
transferred;
shared;
commercially exploited; or
used to provide unauthorized benefits to other people.

FootballStation may impose reasonable restrictions on the number or type of bookings permitted under a membership or package.

Membership-specific terms, validity periods, game allowances and restrictions displayed at the time of purchase form part of these Terms.

Unused games, sessions or benefits expire at the end of the stated validity period unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by FootballStation.

19. Misuse of Memberships

FootballStation may cancel, restrict or suspend a membership where it reasonably determines that a user has:

shared membership benefits improperly;
attempted to circumvent booking restrictions;
fraudulently obtained discounts or credits;
manipulated the booking system; or
otherwise materially misused the membership.

PARTNER OFFERS & BENEFITS

20. Third-Party Offers

FootballStation may provide members with access to discounts, promotions or benefits offered by independent third-party partners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, those goods and services are supplied by the relevant third party and not by FootballStation.

Partner offers may:

have separate terms;
require proof of FootballStation membership;
have expiry dates;
have usage restrictions;
be subject to availability; and
be changed or withdrawn.

FootballStation does not guarantee that a third-party offer will remain permanently available.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights that a consumer may have against FootballStation or the relevant supplier under applicable law.

MERCHANDISE

21. FootballStation Merchandise

Product descriptions, images, sizes and other information are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.

Minor differences in appearance, colour or presentation may occur due to manufacturing processes, screen displays or other reasonable factors.

22. Merchandise Returns & Refunds

Except where otherwise required by applicable UAE law, FootballStation merchandise sales are final.

FootballStation is not required under these Terms to provide a refund or exchange merely because a customer:

changes their mind;
orders the wrong size;
no longer wants the product; or
prefers another design after purchasing.

However, nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer right to a refund, replacement, repair or other remedy where required by applicable UAE law, including where applicable in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.

Customers should inspect merchandise promptly after receiving it and contact FootballStation as soon as reasonably possible if they believe there is a genuine defect or incorrect item.

FORCE MAJEURE

23. Events Outside Our Control

FootballStation will not be responsible for delay or failure to provide a Service to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

These circumstances may include:

severe weather;
flooding;
fire;
venue closure;
power or infrastructure failure;
government action or restrictions;
public emergencies;
epidemics or pandemics;
civil disturbance;
transportation disruption;
technical outages;
natural disasters; or
other events outside FootballStation's reasonable control.

FootballStation will take reasonable steps to communicate significant changes and manage affected bookings.

TECHNOLOGY & APP AVAILABILITY

24. App and Website Availability

FootballStation aims to keep its digital Services available and functioning properly but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The app or website may occasionally be unavailable due to:

maintenance;
updates;
technical failures;
internet outages;
third-party services; or
circumstances outside FootballStation's control.

FootballStation may modify, update or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

25. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms, including payment processors, mapping services, social-media platforms and other technology providers.

FootballStation is not responsible for the independent operation, security or availability of third-party services, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

26. FootballStation Content and Branding

The FootballStation name, logos, branding, designs, original photographs, videos, graphics, app content and other intellectual property owned by or licensed to FootballStation may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without permission, except where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of FootballStation intellectual property to a user.

PRIVACY

27. Personal Data

FootballStation processes Personal Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable UAE data-protection requirements.

Users should review the FootballStation Privacy Policy for information about how Personal Data is collected, used, stored, disclosed and protected.

LIABILITY

28. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FootballStation will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Services where such liability may lawfully be excluded.

FootballStation is not responsible for losses resulting solely from:

a player's failure to follow reasonable safety instructions;
a player's own misconduct;
another participant's independent conduct where FootballStation is not legally responsible for that conduct;
inherent risks voluntarily assumed through participation in football;
inaccurate information provided by the user; or
circumstances outside FootballStation's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability, remedies or consumer rights where exclusion or restriction is prohibited by applicable UAE law.

29. Player Responsibility

Players remain responsible for their own conduct and decisions while participating.

Nothing about FootballStation organizing teams, providing an organizer, selecting a venue or facilitating a football game should be interpreted as guaranteeing that participation is risk-free.

MINORS

30. Age Requirements

Users must meet the minimum age requirement displayed by FootballStation for the relevant Service.

Where parental or legal-guardian authorization is required under applicable law, the minor may only participate after the required authorization has been obtained.

FootballStation may request reasonable proof of age or parental/guardian authorization.

CHANGES & TERMINATION

31. Changes to These Terms

FootballStation may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to:

the Services;
FootballStation policies;
technology;
legal requirements; or
business operations.

The updated version will be made available through the app, website or another appropriate channel.

Where required by applicable law, users will be notified of material changes.

Continued use after changes take effect will constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

32. Suspension or Termination of Services

FootballStation may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

breach of these Terms;
fraud;
safety concerns;
abuse;
illegal activity; or
serious or repeated misconduct.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

GENERAL LEGAL TERMS

33. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

34. No Waiver

If FootballStation does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean FootballStation has waived its right to enforce that provision later.

35. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the FootballStation Privacy Policy and any specific terms presented for a particular membership, booking, event, promotion or purchase, constitute the agreement governing the relevant Services between the user and FootballStation, subject to applicable law.

36. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdictional rights that apply, disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.

You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions; you understand that football involves inherent physical risks; you voluntarily choose to participate; and you agree to comply with FootballStation's booking, cancellation, safety and conduct rules.
